Google login is the only sign-in method in v1, keeping the household access model simple and shared between both users.

Any item can have options, notes, and weighted scoring so the app helps you choose without becoming overly clever or rigid.
Operations
Receipts, warranties, files, links, and activity history live beside the records they belong to, so nothing gets buried when the project gets busy.
